You can see everything in the mirror and learn to understand your body. 2. You don't have things flopping around, which will constrain how you move in subtle ways. The above points are true for women and men alike. By not allowing men to study dance in leotards, they are saying, in a subtle way, "we don't want you men to really learn how to dance, we just want you to lift our beautiful ladies."
