 Male dancewear

But I don't wear one for rehearsals because I just don't like having a string up my butt. I wear bikini underwear with a leotard over; that gives ample support, and works almost as well as a dancebelt. As for liners, you might consider a liner made for incontinence, or even a maxi pad. They're both basically the same idea, but probably different shapes. The advantage is, they're built to be absorbant, much more absorbant than you could make out of anything yourself.
