Usually, dance belt ejaculation problems are accompanied by erections.  How much warning did you have that you were going to have a problem?  Were you thinking purient thoughts at the time?  If so, maybe visualizing a 300 pound female Russian gym teacher with a moustache and really bad B.O. could help calm you down.  But if it was just dance belt friction, you might have to consider finding a dance belt that doesn't rub you the wrong way, while still being tight enough to support you. Instead of an incontinence maxi-pad (suggested by the previous poster), which could could look quite strange if you wear tights, have you considered wearing a condom under your dance belt?
