Irish dancer actually and really need to get my kicks higher. right now, i'm kicking about chest level, chin level at tops, but to win competitions, kicks tend to be almost vertical, like that 90 degree type where your knee is nearly touching your nose type... lol if that makes sense. What sort of specific stretches should i be doing, for how long, and how many times a day? Competition season starts around june, so i've got a while. will splits help? if so, how do i go about getting them cause at the moment i'm not very flexible. thanks a bunch!! :0) Answers to this message:
