I'd like to spin like this guy, but I could never learn to spot.  Maybe it was because of all the scuba diving I did in high school and college....I wrecked my innner ears with infection after infection.

My teacher had this exercise...stand before a mirror....march to either direction and snap your head back to see yourself in the mirror.

I do this exercise every day.  However, maybe I'm just not the guy who can spin!
