It was his first time playing for a Howardclass, & he was sitting at the piano watching the dancers warmingup. There was this one tall girl doing the most extravagantstretches at the barre, & the accompanist, indicating her with anod of his head, asked a friend, "Who's the babe putting on theMakarova act?"
