written by Chris at on 01.05. at 00:12:17 - as answer to: Re: Calling the Splits by Daniel at i agree, the way to go is to make sure you are very warm and stretched before attempting a split and make it an everyday routine, or every other day if you get stiff or sore the next day. it can be very frustrating, i only have one side split right now (left leg front right leg back) can almost do the other side and am about 8-10 inches or so off the ground in the center split. it takes time and constant work but i will get all 3 splits or die trying LOL Answers to this message: |
