yeah...the frog is DEFINETLY the way to go on this one, the butterfly is alright, but it doesn't stretch really, w/ the frog, there's two ways to go (lie on the floor maybe and i'll talk ya through this i guess haha)1. put your feet together, in passe, and touch them all the way so they're flat on the ground- usually this will push your hips up in the air, now try and just push your hips down, while keeping your feet in their position- this should be very hard2. put your hips all the way on the floor, put your legs together in passe- they'll be off the ground, now try and push them down to the ground, while keeping your hips on the floor

both of these work, and you can switch off every minute or so doing one then the other. a way to get warmed up before class is just to lie in these two positions for like 20 minutes, it really helps a lot. i do 'em before ballet class a lot. also, do 'em for like 5 minutes, get up a little, and walk around, then start them again after about a minute break.
