A simple way to stretch the top of your foot is to find a piece of furniture a couple of inches of the ground like a sofa and slide your feet under it. Then slowly stretch your legs out so the back of your knees toch the ground.  If you need more of a stretch stretch over your legs.

Don't force anything. If the furniture is low enough to the ground you will get a good stretch.
