>I know EXACTLY how you feel.  I have the same "problem".  The thing is...  The only real (and safe) way to gain some weight is to work out.  I have been doing such and eating PowerBar's Protein Plus and other high protein foods (peanut butter!!!)  and have gained 7 pounds in about 2 months.  I know that doesn't sound like much, but gaining weight can be A LOT harder than losing it.  You probably have a small bone structure...  I doubt I will ever be "large" because of this (knock on wood...).  I have a high metabolism and I am very active so, weightlifting has worked wonders.  Plus it relieves so much stress!  But besides that there are also some supplements on the market in GNC and places like that.  I don't recommend them, as I have never tried them, so talk to your physician or nutritionist.  I have heard some good comments from other people, though, so seriously look into it.  And hey, if you don't gain all the weight you wanted on the protein diet...  At least your hair will look good?  Gotta find a happy side somewhere.......  :)  Well, I hope I haven't wasted your time!  Good luck with the whole process!!!>~OBS~>>I am a professional ballet dancer who is on the slim side.  I'd like some help/advice on how Might gain puonds and muscle.  Am usually too tired for a workout at the end of the day so...
