I typically stick to white meats (chicken, turkey, fish (tuna, salmon, trout etc)) and try to avoid the red and other fatty meats. I try to eat vegetables whenever possible and substitute wheat pastas and breads for flour based breads. I also try to keep my fat intake to 1/3 my calorie intake (with eating a lot of fruits veggies and white meats that is easy to do. Answers to this message: |
