written by Komo at on 11.04. at 07:49:33 Well, I'm like six inches from the ground from achieving the splits, at least on a good day. For some reason, my muscles refuse to go any further. They don't hurt or feel like they're being strained, just as though that's as far as they're going to go and that's that. Any of you have any suggestions on how to stretch the muscles just that last little bit? I already do a floor barre, but even with that they don't want to go any further. Maybe there's is a point where you can't just go any further? Any help would be appreciated. -Komo Answers to this message:
