We, guys, have less flexibility in our ankles with give us less of a pointe, However you can work on you natural arch. I suggest doing a normal hamstring strech but while your over your legs, push down your toes. So you not only get a feet trech but a hamstring strech as well. Im not too sure about the whole pointe thing. Im perfectl fine with it and i rekon it would be cool to do. BUT i think that would probably stregthen your feet rather then make them more flexible.
